You've heard of gingerbread houses, right? Well this was a gingerbread tree kit I bought at Michael's. While it doesn't look exactly like the picture on the box, I think it came out pretty good. The "tree" is actually gingerbread cookies in the shape of stars. They are stacked on top of one another, descending in size from bottom to top. The different tree levels are held together buy a small dollop of frosting in between each cookie. Everything on the tree is edible! Not bad for my first try with this particular type of project...... Happy Holidays!
