Johnson's Bedtime Lotion

Johnson's Bedtime Lotion is what my husband and I use after a long and tiring day.

The packaging is great, never had problems with the pump.

Smells amazing. Calming lavender and pleasant baby powder scent.

Scent is long lasting, 5-6 hours.

Moisturizes well but does not feel sticky.

Leaves skin feeling soft.

This would not instantly make you fall asleep but it sure does help you relax and get a good night's sleep.

Great for a light massage.

Works well with Johnson's Bedtime Bath.

$6.50 - $8.50, depends where you buy it.

Contains Parabens.

This review is based on my experience with this bedtime lotion, I cannot speak for mothers and babies.

As an adult, I find this lotion great for nights when I really need to unwind. My husband finds this lotion effective too.

Will I repurchase? Yes. I love this lotion!

What product/s do you use to help you unwind at night?

Happy Friday!

Queen Helene Oatmeal 'n Honey Natural Facial Scrub Review

Queen Helene Oatmeal & Honey

Get rid of dull skin with our gentle, cleansing, natural-fiber facial scrub with soothing Oatmeal and Honey.

The exfoliating action of the Oatmeal draws out impurities, unclogs pores and removes dry, dead cells from the surface of your skin.

Pure, wholesome Honey helps replenish lost moisture and protects your skin from the harsh elements.

Your skin will look fresh and healthy and feel soft and smooth. Use once a week or more often if your skin is oily.

Perfect to use in the shower too.

Queen Helene Oatmeal & Honey

This is how the product looks like.

Queen Helene Oatmeal & Honey

Packaging is alright.

Light sweet scent.

Gently exfoliates. Great for sensitive skin.

Moisturizing, doesn't leave your skin feeling dry.

This did not make my skin break out.

$3.99 or could be less, depends where you buy it.

This scrub is good for everyday use but if you are looking for a scrub that would really exfoliate your skin and make it silky smooth afterwards, this is not the product for you.

I am giving this product a 4 out of 5.

Will I repurchase? I am not sure, not really in love with it.

Happy Thursday!

Hydrates and nourishes highly efficiently.

Extremely refreshing. Totally addictive.

100 Sheets

US $26.00

--- maccosmetics.com ---

M·A·C Wipes

Tip: Store your M·A·C Makeup Wipes upside down. It will keep the top sheet moist and ready for you to use.

M.A.C Wipes

Great packaging.

The seal is tight, wipes stay moist.

Pleasant scent.

Takes my makeup off with ease.

For heavy makeup, I do use my M·A·C Gently Off, but these wipes can do the job alone.

I have combination-oily sensitive skin. These don't break me out.

Leaves my skin feeling clean.

You can use these and then go straight to bed but I always wash my face before I sleep.

Great for travel and touch-ups.

$26.00 for 100 wipes. Think about it.

I love my M·A·C Makeup Wipes.

Yes, I will repurchase.

To my readers that asked about these M·A·C Makeup Wipes, I hope this review was helpful.

Happy Tuesday!

M·A·C Gently Off Eye and Lip Makeup Remover Review

MAC Gently Off Eye and Lip

Oil and water do mix, for twice the impact – just shake.

A dual-phase, easy-does-it formula that sweeps off even tenacious waterproof mascara and lip colour. Absolutely gentle; suitable for all.

Cucumber extract soothes, Damascus Rose flower water refreshes.

No need to rinse.

100 ml / 3.4 fl oz

US $18.00

--- maccosmetics.com ---

MAC Gently Off Eye and Lip

I love this product!

MAC Gently Off is a good makeup remover. It's oily enough to remove any heavy eye makeup and intense lip color with ease.

I use this with my MAC wipes.

This eye and lip makeup remover works wonders. I can use my MAC wipes alone but with Gently Off, I don't need to put pressure on my eyes and scrub my lips.

I still suggest washing your face afterwards but if you can't, the oiliness fades especially when you use a wipe with it.

Packaging is great, the cap is secure. No spillage.

Product smells good.

I will definitely repurchase.

What do you use to take off heavy eye makeup and intense lip color?

Happy Monday!

Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush: Candy, Baby Review

Candy, Baby

Candy, Baby smells like cotton candy. I love sweet scents and I wear this every night before I go to sleep.

Candy, Baby smells so comforting that even my husband, who has a very sensitive sense of smell, likes this on me. Candy, Baby is not overwhelmingly sweet.

This is also a good base for layering sweet scents.

Candy, Baby

Candy, Baby Body Double Mist Review

Two layers of skin conditioners and fragrance mix things up for soft, scented skin. Domestic.

8.4 oz.

$12

This body double mist is great for lightly moisturizing your skin after taking a shower or bath.

Leaves skin feeling silky and soft.

I suggest spraying it on your skin and letting it settle for a few minutes before you put on your clothes.

Do not spray this on your clothes, the skin conditioners might stain them.

Like any other body mists, the scent won't last all day.

If you must reapply during the day, spray this only on your skin. Don't spray it all over like a typical body mist to avoid stains on your clothes.

Candy, Baby

Candy, Baby Body Drink Lotion Review

Natural skin conditioners make for a super soft, moisture-drenched bod.

Domestic. 6.7 oz.

$12

This body drink lotion is moisturizing and good for layering the cotton candy scent with the double body mist.

Easy to apply, feels silky.

I also notice softness on my skin after application.

Candy, Baby

Candy, Baby Body Glimmer Swirl Cream Review

Super-nourishing body cream with Provitamin B and Shea butter quenches skin with shimmering moisture.

Domestic.

5.3 oz.

This body glimmer swirl cream is moisturizing and gives you a subtle shimmer, great for going out at night.

Smells exactly like the double body mist and body drink lotion.

Candy, Baby

I don't know what took me so long to purchase something from the Beauty Rush fragrance line. I like their makeup too, Beauty Rush gets 10 stars from me.

I got these 3 for $24.99 plus tax.

I am very pleased with the products I got and I will definitely repurchase.

Have you tried anything from the Beauty Rush line?

Have a great weekend!

The T Collection Brush Roll & Lipstick Holder Review -- International Giveaway

Giveaway

Teresa from The T Collection sent me a brush roll and lipstick holder to review.

Brush Roll

Her brush rolls retail for $12.00.

Brush Roll

Handmade.

Brush Roll

The fabric used is not flawless but these brush rolls are washable and can also be ironed if needed.

The stitching is a little bit crooked and there were a few loose threads on the sides. Both front and back have pockets.

Brush Roll

I would give this handmade brush roll a 4/5.

There is always room for improvement and for $12.00, I think this is a good buy.

Lipstick Holder

This lipstick holder is a pretty neat idea, especially if you like to display your makeup collection.

Lipstick Holder

I got the one in sky blue and the paint job was a little bit streaky. I also prefer the bottom to be painted.

Lipstick Holder

I will give this lipstick holder a 4/5.

This lipstick holder is not yet available on her etsy shop. If you are interested, you can always just send Teresa a message.
