Takashi Murakami and Louis Vuitton at the Brooklyn Museum

Japanese artist Takashi Murakami opened his exhibit this weekend at the Brooklyn Museum. Murakami is know for his brightly colored animation style artwork. He also designed one of Louis Vuitton's best selling handbags the Monogram Multicolore. Outside the museum, Vuitton set up 10 New York-style street vendors to sell the latest Monogramouflage canvases that Murakami created specifically for the exhibition.

Fafi for MAC Cosmetics

Earlier this year french artist Fafi teamed up with MAC cosmetics to create this fun packaging line for MAC. I love when brands have guest artists. The names are really edgy too, like "High Top" lip gloss.
