So I completed my 2nd class today and... Ta-Da!...........
Not as clean-lined as I would have liked, but I'm pretty happy with it. It's a vanilla cake with a banana creme pudding filling, and white buttercream frosting. Oh, and piping gel (sparkle pink) for the "cherry" on top of the cupcake. Can't wait till next class :)
