In honor of the Fourth of July, I created a mini dessert table. I made two mini angel food cakes and some vanilla-strawberry-banana cupcakes. For the cupcakes, I started with a vanilla cake and then add freshly chopped strawberries and bananas. The aroma was heavenly!
