This is a diaper cake I did for my step-sister's babyshower during the summer of '09. Now, of course, it isn't edible, but it still looked pretty cool. The inside was a big bottle of baby lotion and a small bottle of baby wash on top of the lotion. I simply rolled up newborn diapers and secured them with rubberbands (that way she could still use the diapers for the baby). Each tier had a ribbon going around it to appear like icing. I placed baby-themed stickers all over the ribbons, including a big cradle sticker that lit up when you pushed a button. Finally, I topped the cake with a big rubber ducky. It was a big hit!
